Olivier Giroud Will Join Ac Milan On A Two Year Agreement According To Chelsea Transfer Reports

Olivier Giroud has said his goodbyes to Chelsea and is ready to join AC Milan on a two-year deal.
On Friday morning, around 7 a.m., the France international arrived at Milan’s La Madonnina clinic for a medical before the transfer.
According to Sky Italia, Giroud signed a deal with AC Milan after passing his physical, and ahead of the team’s formal announcement, the striker thanked his previous club on Twitter.
“A great thank you to all the Blues, my teammates, all my coaches, and the entire club for these special occasions,” he added.

During his time at Stamford Bridge, he has scored 39 goals in 119 appearances, earning three major trophies, including the Champions League victory in May.
Giroud was part of France’s disastrous Euro 2020 campaign, which saw them eliminated on penalties by Switzerland in the round of 16 after a 3-3 extra-time draw.
AC Milan have already bought Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea, having exercised their PS25 million option to buy the teenage defender after a successful six-month loan term, and are also interested in Hakim Ziyech and Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Last season, the Italian team finished second in Serie A, ensuring their return to the Champions League after a seven-year hiatus.
