Rangers New Acquisition Nnamdi Ofoborh 21 Has A Heart Problem According To Steven Gerrard

New addition Nnamdi Ofoborh’s career will be put on hold, according to Rangers manager Steven Gerrard, after examinations showed a heart problem.
The 21-year-old midfielder joined the club on a free transfer from Bournemouth this summer, but during his medical, a medical’red flag’ was raised.
‘I don’t think you’ll see him in the short term,’ Gerrard said after his side drew 2-2 with Arsenal in a friendly at Ibrox.
‘Unfortunately, something has flagged up with his ECG, which is the cardiac test,’ Steven Gerrard (left) disclosed about new Rangers acquisition Nnamdi Ofoborh (right).
‘We now have outstanding medical personnel at the club, and we thoroughly check all of the players from head to toe when they arrive.’
‘Unfortunately, there was a bit of a red flag with a cardiac issue, so he’ll be seeing some experts in the coming weeks, and we’ll need to do additional testing before we can move further,’ says the doctor.
‘It’s upsetting and frustrating, but we’ll have to manage and adjust,’ said Ofoborh, who joined Rangers on a free transfer from Bournemouth earlier this summer.
‘The most essential thing is the player’s health, which we will undoubtedly prioritize.’
‘Of course, it’s upsetting and frustrating for the player, but I spoke with him yesterday and encouraged him to remain smiling and be patient, and we’ll do everything we can to help him, get him in front of the right people and get him the support he needs, and maybe he’ll be back soon.’
