For the first time since being released from the hospital following his cardiac arrest, Christian Eriksen was seen out and about with his girlfriend and their small daughter.

Eriksen was released from the hospital on June 18 after a six-day stay, during which he was fitted with an ICD, a device that provides an electrical pulse to the heart to rectify irregular rhythms. Eriksen plays club football for Inter Milan in Italy, a country that prohibits players at both amateur and professional levels from competing if they have any severe heart abnormalities.
And Francesco Braconaro, a member of the Italian FA’s technical scientific committee, disclosed that the Danish footballer must have his defibrillator removed before resuming his career in Italian football because it will indicate he has no future heart problems.
‘Christian Eriksen cannot be given the green light to play in Italy,’ Braconaro told Radio Kiss Kiss.
‘If the player gets the defibrillator removed, confirming that the pathology can be treated, then he can return to play for Inter,’ said the club.
Last season, the 29-year-old assisted the Italian club in winning their first Serie A title in 11 years.
Eriksen made almost 300 appearances for Tottenham Hotspur during his six-and-a-half-year stay in north London.
