Psgs Signing Of Lionel Messi Has No Influence On Cristiano Ronaldos Future At Juventus According To Leonardo Bonucci

After Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract expires next season, Juventus must make a decision.
(1:24) What will Juventus do with Cristiano Ronaldo at the end of the season?
(1:24) According to Cristiano Ronaldo’s colleague Leonardo Bonucci, Lionel Messi’s impending move to Paris Saint-Germain has no influence on whether the Portugal star will continue at Juventus.
After entering the final year of his contract, Ronaldo has been linked with a move away from Juventus throughout the summer, with PSG reportedly being one of the clubs interested.

Yet a move to France now appears unlikely, with Messi heading to Paris to finalize a deal with PSG after failing to reach an agreement with Barcelona over a new contract.
“I believe Cristiano would have stayed even if Messi had not gone to PSG,” Bonucci said on Tuesday to Gazzetta dello Sport.
“For us, he is an added value, and I am confident that this year, more than in previous years, he will help us to achieve all of our objectives.” Bonucci is one of several members of Italy’s victorious Euro 2020 squad in the Juventus squad, and he has set his sights on recovering the Serie A title this season after Inter Milan broke Juventus’ nine-year domestic supremacy in 2020-21.
“There is no point in hiding the Scudetto; we want to bring it back home.”
“It needs to be the goal for the season when you play for Juventus, just like having a fantastic Champions League campaign and battling on all fronts,” the 34-year-old stated.
“My personal ambition is to carry on my form from the Euros, where I played a key part, and do the same with Juventus.” Juve’s Serie A season begins on August 1st at home against Udinese.
